The Team Collaboration Tool is an enterprise platform designed to bring all aspects of organizational collaboration under one digital roof. It goes beyond basic messaging : covering workspace and team management, file sharing, event coordination, knowledge sharing, surveys, polls, discussion forums, webinars, idea submission, and analytics reporting. The platform is built for organizations that need to manage cross-functional work at scale, with a consistent experience across desktop and mobile. The design scope spanned both environments: a full-featured desktop web app and a responsive mobile interface, each tailored to the interaction patterns of their respective context while maintaining shared design language and features.

Enterprise collaboration tools often fail by trying to bolt on too many features without a coherent structure leaving users context-switching between disconnected sections with no clear navigation logic. This platform needed to serve multiple user types (team members, administrators, content contributors) across a wide feature set, all without overwhelming any single user. On mobile, the additional challenge was distilling a dense desktop experience into a form that worked within thumb-reach navigation patterns and smaller viewport constraints, without stripping it of utility.
