[ PROBLEM ]
The client required an application to allow people to book rooms and hotels, display hotel availability, showcase the facilities offered, and provide dashboards for hotel managers and client admins to manage listings and bookings.
[ SOLUTION ]
I designed a holistic travel booking application that bridges the gap between travelers, hotel managers, and client admins in a seamless and efficient way.
For users, the app provides a clear, intuitive booking flow where they can easily search for hotels, check availability, view detailed descriptions of room types and facilities, and complete bookings with confidence. The interface focuses on simplicity, strong visual hierarchy, and actionable CTAs to reduce friction in the booking process.
For hotel managers, a dedicated dashboard was designed where they can manage room inventory, update hotel information, set pricing, and monitor bookings in real time. This empowers them to maintain accurate, up-to-date listings without technical complexity.
For client admins, I built an admin panel where they can oversee multiple hotel profiles, manage user interactions, handle booking reports, and ensure service standards.
The solution ensures all stakeholders are connected in a single ecosystem, improving operational efficiency, reducing user effort, and enhancing the overall experience of booking and managing accommodations.
